Deposit, Terms & Policies

  • Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $300 at time of registration to secure her spot.

  • Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip date.

  • A 50% refund can be requested prior to 90 days before the start date found on your invoice.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 90 days of the trip.

  • A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.

  • All rooms are double occupancy if a single room is required, please notify us to send you an updated invoice for a private room. We may assist with roommate matching, or you are welcome to invite a friend to book the same tour and share rooms.  Roommates will not be matched until 30 days prior to departure and after 100% of your reservation total has been made.

  • The airport we will fly into is Marrakesh Menara Airport. The airport code is RAK. Please plan your arrival for the start of the trip day of coming from the United States, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.

  • Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 45 Days in advance to plan your free time in Morocco.

  • All itineraries are carefully planned but may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, local conditions, or operational considerations.
