  • Flights are typically not included unless clearly stated. This gives you flexibility to book from your preferred airport or use points. We provide recommended flight options and arrival times to ensure smooth coordination.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due by the final payment deadline listed on each trip page. Usually, 90 days before Trip departs. Payment plans may be available.

  • Yes, travel insurance is strongly recommended and often required. It protects your investment in case of unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or interruptions.
