Deposit, Terms & Policies

  • Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $300 at time of registration to secure her spot.

  • Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip date.

  • A 50% refund can be requested prior to 90 days before the start date found on your invoice.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 90 days of the trip.

  • A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.

  • All rooms are double occupancy if a single room is required, please notify us to send you an updated invoice for a private room. We may assist with roommate matching, or you are welcome to invite a friend to book the same tour and share rooms.  Roommates will not be matched until 30 days prior to departure and after 100% of your reservation total has been made.

  • The airport we will fly into is Venice Marco Polo Airport. The airport code is VCE. Please plan your arrival flights accordingly.

  • The airport we will depart from is Rome Fiumicino Airport. The airport code is FCO. Please plan your return flights accordingly.

  • Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 45 Days in advance to plan your free time in Italy.

  • All itineraries are carefully planned but may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, local conditions, or operational considerations.
